I had quite a mixed experience at Crystal City Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated, but there were a few issues that could use some attention. The staff was friendly, but I felt a bit let down by the service regarding check-in and some additional charges. Overall, the location was a highlight, being close to shops and restaurants.
